Customers can scan their items QR code or NFC tag to unlock unique services such as styling advice, repair advice, and eventually, recycle and resell guidance. Customers are offered greater visibility over where a garment has come from, including design and fabric information, and care instructions that ensure the pieces can be treasured for years to come.
