With Digital IDs, Chloé plots a circular future

What if you could trace a product from field to finished garment?

After committing last year to giving all of its products a digital ID by 2025, Chloé is moving towards that goal with Chloé Vertical — a project it says is designed to make products more circular as well as shrink the environmental impact of the brand’s supply chain by improving production of key raw materials.

‍

“Our main objective was to really understand what it takes to have full vertical transparency...The way I see it, once you buy a product, you know everything about that product. Then you want to resell it, you just click on your digital ID and instantly resell it.” – Riccardo Bellini, CEO, Chloé
